Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

I went to this place for a conference on my job and the company paid for our rooms and I must say that this was one of the better places that I have been in a while. The lobby was very pleasant and welcoming and the staff was extremely polite and professional. After checking in I went up to the room and it was so clean and the beds were comfortable. What I truly loved was the shower was so nice I didn't want to get out of it. The breakfast was to die for they had just about any and everything that you can think of it was a very enjoyable experience. I also enjoyed using the gym and gameroom I felt like a little kid again.

Checking into this hotel was such a relief after a long night of searching for a room. It was one of the only hotels that answered the phone in the middle of the night, and they immediately made me feel welcomed when I came in to check in. Other hotels I called were very short and made me feel like I was bothering them.||George at the front desk was outstanding and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Anytime I asked for something, it was delivered immediately. Breakfast was wonderful, and Wanda was also great at the front desk — friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Positive: Nice breakfast offered with happy hour. Negative: Having to additional pay $20 for parking, and should change floor carpet to hard floor.

Went to this location for a conference. It’s a well-maintained property with friendly staff all around. My room had a sitting room with a sofa, work desk and TV, then the main bedroom with two very comfortable beds. As a Hilton Honors member, I was able to check in from the app, and even selected my room from a few options. The breakfast stood out for offering cook to order omelets. The conference rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was excellent!

Nice hotel and the staff was super nice. My only main complaint was the comfort of the rooms. The couch and beds were super stiff so if you prefer a hard bed you will like it, but I prefer a softer bed and couch. The bar in the middle can get loud at night, but luckily the bedrooms have another door which cuts down the sound so not a super big issue. The breakfast wasnt bad either. Lots of choices for a free breakfast and the coffee wasnt bad.
