Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not match expectations. Two reservations were made through AMEX for 1 King Bed Suite – Horseshoe Fallsview rooms. At check-in we were offered connecting Two Queen rooms instead so we could stay next to each other. Since we were not informed of any issues with the rooms, we agreed. However, once inside, the Falls view was significantly obstructed by structural pillars, which was disappointing for a room category specifically booked for the view. I stayed with my wife and teenage daughter at Embassy Suites just a few days ago, at the end of December 2025 exactly, and my experience there was very positive. Some small details we did not like, but in general, a great hotel to book.||We stayed just one night at the hotel, but it was a memorable one. From the entrance to check-in to finding our room, everything was just smooth and the way it should be. Rooms are typical North American type, nothing too fancy but spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we did not hear anything during sleep.||I have to say, Embassy Suites is a perfect hotel for families and party goers sit offers so much, you will not be bored. First of all, I’d like to start by saying that this hotel truly has one of the best locations on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. However, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.Upon check-in, the front desk staff tried to upsell us to a “FULL VIEW” room. She kept repeating the word “Full View” and offered several options — 200, 250, 350 — without mentioning any currency. When I asked if there was a discount since I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member, she said she could reduce it to 180, and only then mentioned that it was in USD. I found that very confusing and misleading — we are in Canada, and unless clearly stated otherwise, I naturally expected the price to be in CAD.After some discussion, we decided to go ahead and paid an additional CAD 250 (equivalent to 180 USD) f

The hotel is under construction. However, they accommodations for the construction are lacking planning and executed poorly at best. So its hard to give it an accurate review but quite a few floors are fully gutted and workers for this renovation are constantly jumping on elevators which makes the time to travel up or down much longer (why they don't dedicate one elevator a service elevator I don't know) The staff was kind, but my real grievance was I was there for a conference and my wife came with me and we purposely booked a king bed. Our receipt said king and I was expecting a king. I get there and immediately started receiving up selling from the person at the front desk on a nicer room. Wonderful stay with stunning views! We had an excellent experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview. The room was immaculate and located on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of both American Falls and Horseshoe Fall which was absolutely unforgettable! Breakfast was included, which was a great bonus and a perfect way to start the day. The Christmas décor and festive ambiance made the stay even more special and cozy. The staff truly stood out! Everyone was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!
