Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

The whole check in experience was over before we knew it the team was efficient and organized, with a friendliness that felt natural rather than scripted. Our room was pristine and wonderfully peaceful, the breakfast hit every right note, and the quiet neighborhood outside guaranteed a full, uninterrupted night's sleep. At this price point, the level of care and comfort genuinely surprised us, and we wouldn't think twice about coming back.

Positive: Location Negative: Cleanliness!! We had to swap room coz the first one was dirty. The second room we got was better but when it was time to sleep then one pillow had makeup. I did notify the front desk and they said maybe housekeeping was rushing

Stayed here for a quick night while visiting the area for a Braves game. We love when we can find Embassy Suites on our trips, since they have great breakfast and plenty of room for us with our kids. This is a fairly standard Embassy Suites property, albeit with several issues during our short stay. ||||POSITIVES: ||**Great breakfast||**The open atrium, as with most E.S. properties, is classy. ||||NEGATIVES: ||** Rude front desk staff. When checking in, I had a billing mix-up that resulted in a large $200+ charge on top of my prepaid room rate. Thankfully, the issue was resolved; but in all my stays at hotels, I've never experienced rude staff like I did at Embassy Suites Perimeter. I tried to ask a few questions to understand what they were doing to fix it and to make sure it was noted on

The Good: I’ll start with the positives: the location was excellent, the breakfast was genuinely tasty, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean. The Reality: Unfortunately, the front desk service was incredibly unprofessional, making this a "one and done" stay for us. I checked in early and specifically left an extra key, car tag, and drink card at the desk for my fiancé to make his arrival seamless. When he arrived, the male staff member was dismissive and insisted I hadn’t even checked in. Despite providing the room number and being on the reservation, he was met with an attitude, forced to provide his card info again, and treated as if he shouldn't be there. We had the worst experience. We checked in. Went to our room and it looked like someone was staying in there. Food and drinking everywhere. We shut the door quickly as not to startle someone inside. We went back to the desk and a very nice person gave us a new room and we went back up the elevator. We walked into a hot, smelly, disgusting space. It was filthy. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned ever. The air was broken. It had a musty smell. We drove in from Savannah and had somewhere to be within the hour. We didn’t even want to put our things down in the room. We got on the phone with another hotel within minutes of our current hotel and they were so kind and accommodating.
