Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria

Employees were nice/professional. Lvngrm furniture looked 2nd hand in all rooms. We had 2 be moved 2x. Rm 1 smelled smokey, Rm 2 heat didnt work. Parking cost 25% of room

I hadn't stayed at this Embassy Suites in quite some time until this past weekend. I must say the the current team should be called the "A Team". EVERYONE I encountered was so polite and professional. Major shout out to the bartender, Diatria, at the evening reception and all the associates working breakfast. The older gentlemen and the lady with the short red hair working the omelet station, made my morning! They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job which is RARE in Atl. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This staff deserve a round of applause.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly. On a friends trip celebrating a birthday. Barbara at the front desk gave us an upgrade for more space to get ready. The room was perfect. Alexis in the breakfast area was friendly and we had a fun conversation with her. Tim danced while he made our omelet and had was upbeat. And Amber on the way out ensured our stay went well. Even housekeeping said hello to us in passing. The guests were chatty and greeted each other in the elevator. Overall very pleasant and entertaining stay.

Parking is prepaid or pay by the hour. The room and atrium were clean and well maintained. There were kids running playing in the walkways on the floors and staff did nothing. Cocktail hour was nice, but slow service. Breakfast was on point and the Cowboys fan that runs the omelette station is amazing! The jacuzzi was closed, but the pool was open. Close to the shopping mall and restaurants and the battery is nearby. I would stay again.

I’m genuinely disappointed with how far Embassy Suites has declined. The property feels poorly maintained and not well managed, which was especially concerning for our family of five staying for five nights. We had already transferred from another Embassy suites (in Atlantic station) due to multiple vehicle break-ins in one night, so we were hoping for a safer, better-run experience here. Unfortunately, customer service was poor and the room condition did not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites or the Hilton brand. The one bright spot was Ninnette. She was warm, professional, and welcoming during our late-night check-in, and her kindness truly stood out.
