Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are upgraded and aesthetically pleasing. The hot water took a minute to reach max hotness. The sink in the bathroom was fine, but the other sink in the room didn't work. For the price point, this was not an issue at all- just being transparent. The highlights of this hotel are the service. Ranzul at the bar on the second floor is absolutely fantastic. The staff that work breakfast as well as the valet drivers are incredible as well - which is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. The view is also 10/10 and the iconic glass elevator is always a hit.

Customer Service was exceptional. The room spacious , pretty and clean. Location, the best. Close to everything you can imagine. The most outstanding valet parking provided by Kibur. He was just amazing, heping me with my car and letting park to unload my belongings. Bringing an extra cart for us. Tiburon thank you so much! You are extraordinary!!!

Large very clean hotel with great breakfast and evening reception with free drinks. Had a problem with airconditioning but the staff relocated us and treated us very fairly. Very kind management. Bartender at evening reception was great. The views of downtown Atlanta were great from the room and the kids loved the glass elevators. Beds comfortable and bathrooms large. Maintenance needs to fix the ice machines as most were not working and the hotel needs to add a few more washing machines and dryers as they only have one of each. Parking is easy and location in Buckhead very convenient. Overall, highly recommend the hotel.

Valet service was wonderful! Mr. Nolawe provided tremendous service and offered to load my car. I had several heavy boxes and he loaded them wonderfully into my car. He had a great attitude and disposition. Just a great young man. I appreciate all that he did. Many thanks to him!

Positive: Everything was at least good--the suite was very cute and highly functional. The breakfast was good, I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they looked good and it was good to have them as an option. Negative: It's a very popular place and the breakfast was very crowded. They did not have body wash in the shower, and I asked twice for it, and finally a housekeeper told me they had "run out" which was very weird and they didn't replace it with soap.
