Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

First I would like to thank Victoria for her outstanding service. She was great throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. The omlette station was the best option. Our room was clean and tiddy and we were glad to see that room service had our room tidy by the time we were back. We had burgers from the hotel restaurant and they were giant burgers!! We Look forward to coming back.

Positive: The rooms big and clean. Accessing the rooms from the car was easy too. Negative: The hotel front desk double charged my stay. Only after calling they apologized and refunded. Therefore please watch out for your credit card bill.

We visited for my son’s birthday weekend while spending time at Knott’s, and we had an amazing experience overall. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The amenities were on point, and we even extended our stay an extra day just to enjoy the arcade and pool. The kids had an absolute blast and are already asking when we can go back The only downside was the parking fee. I've never had to pay a hotel to park at the hotel. and the bar experience was no good either I went during happy hour after being told at the front desk I could redeem two complimentary drinks. Unfortunately, I stood at the bar for about 20 minutes and was clearly visible, but the attendants seemed to avoid eye contact and kept busy with other tasks. Arya was great.. very helpful with enrollment in rewards program. |This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at, never been somewhere if felt safe for my kids to go hangout with whole cheer team. Rooms were big and quiet. Loved that my room had a livingroom with a pull out bed for the girls to stay. 10 out of 10 in my opinion

As expected for an embassy by Hilton. We have a lot of experience with these hotels and most of them are taken over and being re done. This hotel was obviously older, but ran very well and was clean. Our first room had a weird order and we were moved to another room quickly that was exactly the same. The breakfast was great, especially the omlettes. Our kids loved the arcade and pool! The staff made it great. Very close to disney if you uber or have a car. Definitely would stay there again. Shout out to Boris for making sure we were comfortable.
