Elite Inn & Suites South Holland Chicago

Booked the room thru a online app, looking for something cheap at the last minute and found this hotel. The room was clean, the shower as well, checking in was really fast and without problems. I could tell the room was renovated. The only downside in my opinion is the hotel is feature in the web as a 2.5 star hotel but been traveled a lot I can tell this hotel is a 2 star hotel, the Heater looked kind of worn out but was working properly, they didnt provide a towel that can be use as a mat for coming out of the shower which in most 2 star hotels would be provided. Is a good hotel if you are in a budget. I will include some pictures so you can see how the room looked like and they are pretty close to the ones the same hotel promotes.

I arrived late in the evening after a long drive. The reception team processed my check-in efficiently despite a busy lobby. The room temperature and lighting were comfortable right away. It helped me settle in without hassle.

I was just there Thursday- Saturday night and the room was great and so was the lady at the front desk. Today January 26th at 7pm I arrived to this place again because I made another reservation as what I did before. I gave the guy at the counter my ID & he asked for payment & I told him that it was a reservation. He said that the payment was still pending. I showed him the email with the reservation number and that it was paid. He looked nervous so I asked for my ID back & canceled the reservation. Be careful with this place .

I had a great stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The location was convenient and the overall experience was very smooth. I really appreciate their hospitality and I definitely recommend this place to others. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved my stay here! Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the room had everything I needed. The housekeeping team did a great job. I will stay again
