Positive: The Hotel has very modern room with modern accessories, a unique look. The rooms are large and will equiped kitchenette. There was a blanket in the room for use in the cool evening and night. Negative: I was very uncomfortable in the room in the evening and night because of the cool room temperature. This was a result of the domed ceiling on the first floor room. Even turning the heat up to 76 and 78 left the room cool. There was one blanket in the room

First the good. Spacious clean room, nice breakfast with numerous options. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. The not good; every night of our stay we had to call the front desk at midnight or later to get them to ask people staying at the hotel to be quiet. Loud music, shouting, yelling and noise. The hotel should state boldly that they have quiet times from 10pm to 6 or 7am. all the time. It was disturbing to spend the money, hoping for a relaxing weekend and have very little sleep for three nights. We come to Bend often and this hotel was sadly an exception for a pleasant stay.

Special hotel with special staff. Breakfast and amenities are top shelf. Pool and hot tub always clean and working. Rooms always clean! Happy hour and tea time are really great and bring something special to the table.

This is our first time staying at an Element Hotel, a Marriott/Westin Property. It hits 10 out of 10 for every category! Starting with the location, it is just off of Highway 97, very convenient to a lot of attractions around Bend, OR. Near the Pioneer Park right by the Deschutes River. We biked on the river trail, walked to downtown Bend (15 minutes to so many restaurants. No hassle to find parking, took about the same amount of time!)||Our room was very spacious. The king suite came with a large sitting area with "L" shaped sectional sofa. Large TV, a work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good size refrigerator, perfect for longer stays. Super quiet and very clean. Really enjoyed the modern bathroom: step in shower with rain shower head and a wand. Just love those.|

I stayed at this Marriott property recently and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. First, there was no room cleaning after the first night. I later learned that guests must explicitly request housekeeping. This was not clearly communicated at check-in. One of the fundamental reasons to choose a hotel over an Airbnb is automatic daily room cleaning, and removing this basic service feels like a cost-cutting measure rather than a guest-focused decision. Second, the breakfast quality was poor. The omelets were particularly bad, both in taste and preparation. Even for a lower-tier hotel, the breakfast offering could be significantly improved with simple, standard options such as properly prepared scrambled eggs and basic hot items. This would greatly enhance the overall
