I called thinking it was a place to rent mobile homes and the man I spoke with very politely explained that they rented spaces for mobile homes, but not mobile homes themselves. Very polite and nice. May not have found what I was looking for, but a positive experience all the same.
Owners of this trailer park don't care about anything that goes on here or peoples safety. All they care about is their rent an that's it. The place is always dirty and weird people come in and out at all times. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. How do I know this? Because I live there
Poor outdated regulations for pets prevents me from leaving any positive feedback for this property. At least the guy was polite when he told me no because of my dogs.
I called El Patio and they were extremely helpful, polite and professional. They understood all my needs and were very receptive to my questions, very attentive personnel.
I live in El Patio & have for the past 23 years. Until I can afford a site-built home, I am staying put.
