El Coronado at Doves Rest Cabins

This cabin definitely made the list of my top stays with a magnificent view. Loved this listing and will definitely be coming back. It is the right place to find tranquility <3

We had a fabulous stay at El Coronado! The views are stunning, the cabin was fully equipped to cook and grill out, and is beautiful. I enjoyed the sunset and sunrise every day, and the hot tub! Highly recommend if you’re looking in the area.

A wonderful week, 15-21 May 2019, at Skyhouse and El Coronado enjoyed by the Norton-Atchley family has fashioned these observations: The Walls of Palo Duro Purple haze turns scarlet in the morning sun, The air is still as silence when the day is young. Wildlife stirs as Auodad climb and white-tail run, And the new day paints the walls of Palo Duro. She’s the spawn of the ice of another age, The Prairie Dog Town Branch her muddy waters braid A tapestry where the mesquite and juniper stage. And the panhandle wind shapes the walls of Palo Duro We crossed the muddy lace on our way to Doves Rest, O’er Devils Tombstone and up Timber Mesa to the West. There to be greeted by coyotes’ call and Skyhouse crest, And you can see the rain coming toward the stately walls of Palo Duro.

We had a great stay there and enjoyed the fabulous view over the Palo Duro Canyon! In the mornings/evenings Aoudads with their kids were around the cabin. Nice fireplace.
