Edgewater mobile home park

The place should be shut down, there are so many health and code violations it’s ridiculous, toilets that dump right on the ground, nasty brown smelly water, holes in the floor, you can see out side between the doors and frame this place is just a straight up dump. The landlord is a real piece of work, he doesn’t like to fix things he just says he will have it done, when and if he fixes the issue he raises your rent. There’s black mold all over we constantly have to clean if off atleast once a week. There so much wrong with this place it would take forever to list. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We moved here needing a place to rent at last minute, it was a roof over our heads but as we discovered while living there the homes are all on the verge of either needing to be condemned or should be. The first home we rented had plant life growing in through the ceiling at the entrance of the hallway, a leaking roof, loose electrical sockets in the walls no fixed heating, a leaking kitchen sink water was leaking under the sink on all of the pans stored there, the tap water a brown/yellowish color (we were told later was just the iron content). Also while we lived there we started smelling sewage from behind the house, the maintenance man they had at that time told us the lines were backing up on all the homes on that side of the park! A couple of months later a "Better condition" home

If you like brown water, when heavy down, pour the windows in the kitchen, and front door will constantly leak. Very slow in fixing things right. When they do Mickey Mouse fix, then the rent goes up each time. Septic smell. It's not a good place to live in Lake City, Florida. Not worth the rent.

THE WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED. The landlord will go into your home when you are not there. They took our deposit for damages that didn't exist and said we stole light bulbs and batteries out of the smoke detector. And also changed us for a full month when we only stayed there for 4 days.

Do not rent from this trailer park!! Some one close to me rented from them and the trailer was infested with roaches and bed bugs. She was there for 4 months and lost thousands of dollars on furniture that was not salvageable from the bugs. The whole park should be condemned in my opinion.
