Rent/buy at this park if you like drugs, cops, drama - absolutely NO help from the managers (they are non-existant) and NO security. Drive on in and help yourself! Everyone at Birch Bay drives in there and dumps their garbage AND you pay a lot of rental $ ‘s for nothing - no services or amenities.
Rent is way to high. Don't know where the manager lives to ask about property.
Nothing here, no amenities or security.
