Stayed for five nights and could not be happier with my experience. This is what exact luxury truly is. Valet was awesome. Room service was amazing. The Greek yogurt in the morning was arguably the best I ever had! You can basically call them and ask for anything and they have it ready. Beach chairs, and amenities like the spa were truly so amazing. I’m so excited to come back! This is the type of place that you do not want to leave!

Love this hotel. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Brayan and his team managing the beach cabanas/chairs/umbrellas. He bent over backwards and made miracles happen to make sure my husband had the best birthday ever. Cannot sing his praises loud enough! THANK YOU BRAYAN! We will definitely be back!

Positive: The food was great. Negative: The beach was steep and full of seaweed- no fault of the hotel.

Paid for a $1200/night oceanfront room and requested a high floor. When I arrived they put me on the lowest floor, my view is a wall and trees. Woke up and checked the in room dining menu on the TV. Clearly displays breakfast until 11:30am so we planned around that. Tried to call room service at 11:15 but the phone didn’t work. There was note on the room card “Need something? We’re just a text away” so I messaged that number, the number is not service. Finally was able to get the hotel operator from my cell phone who then transferred me to in room dining. “Sorry, breakfast ends at 11am” contradicting the TV 11:30 that we planned around.
