Economy Inn

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night while traveling south. My opinion of this place is that it is ok but certainly outdated. The room was clean , and beds were fairly comfortable. There is no coffee and not close to any store without using your car. The only thing I did not like was having to check in through a small window , not the small lobby. Probably will not stay here again but in a pinch this place is ok.

😊: No breakfast and no breakfast option, not even water or coffee.. 😢: Bedroom was stinky, mold smell so strong it kept waking me up as the bedding was also smelling like mold. Comforter had cigarette burns/holes. This is a zero star run down motel, right next to the highway with nothing around, no food options, other than a QT. Bathroom door was filthy and in such a bad shape, ceiling tiles open in some areas which is great for bugs. Very noisy, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walk etc. Other than the smell, bed was comfortable, wifi was good..

Showed up about 10pm after a 4 hour ride with about 13 left to go. We were immediately given a room and the man at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are decent size, the bed was the best bed I've ever slept on in a motel and the AC worked great! Only downsides are the floor was really squeaky by the bed (we were on the second floor) and saw 2 roaches. Other than that great place to spend a night before/after a long drive and it's super close to 95.

😊: Price was good, dog was allowed, for $10 bucks.. 😢: Shower was gross, we didn’t use it. Diog was chewing on a roach trap she found. Door didn’t look to lock properly. We were only there for 8 hrs then back on the hwy to Florida. Must be better places around, tough to find with a dog..

It was ok for one night. The bed sucked and bathroom door only had a knob. It didn't shut all the way. It didn't even have a hole in the door frame to where you could close it. If you have a dog be careful by the lake. There's about an 8' foot alligator that might come and say hi.
