How rude?! Customer Service is a joke. I called one time asking to be transferred to a room prior to this call. I had called two times and asked to be transferred with a silent line and then hung up. I understand the phone was not answered once... but that gives you no right to yell at me over the phone. The renter of your room was asleep and is a heavy sleeper. I was checking on him and bringing food. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone per terrible Customer Service & unsanitary rooms. NO one should sleep with bedding with multiple burn holes and an air conditioning unit with a washable filter full of nasty dust, dirt and not sure what else. Thank you for being inconsiderate && rude!

Bed bugs, dirty, owners are rude and do not appreciate customers, my husband got eaten alive by the bed bugs here and the fact that my six year old daughter was sleeping in these beds is appalling. Aside from the infestation the rooms are dirty and disgusting and the rates are $375 a week for this trash. They better refund our money or needless to say the police will become involved. This place is complete cheap crap. Don't put yourself or your family through the torture. Get a cleaner space!!!

WORST HOTEL. Unclean bedding, stained furniture, moldly walls, most likely invested. I spoke with management about it, he was extremely rude, disrespectful, called me a liar "who told you we cared about customer satisfaction?" " you can complain to whoever you want to, we do not care" was his reply. He spoke over me, refused to hear me though I was extremely calm, polite and reasonable. Management refused to clean room, and refused to reassign to a cleaner space. Perhaps they were racists? I really do not understand their level of ignorance and belligerance. DO. NOT PATRONIZE THIS HOTEL. Owners are sharks, zero upkeep, money pinching because they clearly do not pay for cleaning services. There are several other reasonably priced motels in the area, with CLEAN rooms and RESPECTFUL service.

If I could give this nasty disease filled place negative 50 stars, I would. We checked in and then got in our room. Family came by and stopped for a visit and 5 min later the desk called cussing and raising his voice because we had visitors. Tried to charge more because they had stopped. They were not staying. Just dropped us off some food and wished us a Happy New Year. The guy running the desk was very rude. Cursing and screaming at me and threatening to kick us out. Then when it was bedtime we turned back the bed and there were at least a few hundred visible bugs on the stained sheets. I have included pictures of these bugs. I contacted the desk and told them we were leaving and wanted our money back. They came to the room and tried to say these weren't bugs. But they clearly had legs a

I travel for work and have stayed in some dives..but this place takes the cake! It was way over priced the A/C unit was broken, I only got 2 scratchy tiny towels, there was a vagrant passed out in front of my room, and I woke up to a couple yelling at each other. the bedding was the worse I had seen with burn holes and maayybee washed I'm still not sure. and when I asked for a late check out i was given a very curt NO. If i could give it no stars i would.
