Econo Lodge Woodstock - Shenandoah Valley I-81

Room was dirty, tv broken, got switched to a different room, tv was not working there either. Not even a signal ..desk clerk very rude, short with his attitude. Said we had to wait until 7am for the maintenance man. Uoon checkout ,no receipt. He unlocked door and took my key, I again expressed how dissatisfied I was with both rooms. He shut the door in my face and went back upstairs. Room should have been refunded..

For a low priced motel with smoking rooms it was actually very nice for the price. Is getting harder to find smoking rooms and they are usually pretty crappy. The room was clean and not broken down. The young lady at the office was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and will stay again if I’m in the area.

Our stop was a late checkin so we just needed a nice place to catch some zzzs. The room was clean and beds comfortable. There is a restaurant right there since there is no breakfast, but since we wanted to leave early it was not open to get a breakfast ( which you could get a discount since you stayed overnight).

At first when I heard they had smoking rooms I was skeptical but my room had zero cigarette smell and was clean and comfortable. The host, Phoenix was really nice and I could tell she cared about people and their stay. I would highly recommend for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Great price and very close to the highway.

This has been a go to place for us for years. Its easy to find when traveling. Its in an area that has handy stores ,shops, coffee, gas, ... The people are always pleasant . We are able to stay with the dog. Its quiet and not expensive.
