Comfort Inn Woodstock Shenandoah

The staff, Meridith and April as well, are a dynamic duo that has me loving this place!!! The atmosphere and location are great. The included breakfast always hits the spot. The waffles are wonderful!! They accommodate me as a ADA individual. I will continue to come here support this place. Thank you all for your hospitality and help. 👏🏽 ❤️ The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of pillows!! Love it! And the price points are just so good. A++++

Price is good. Location is good. Service is good. The hotel needs a serious cleaning, you can see the filth on the bathroom doors. Some updates in the room like pictures. The rugs look original. I seriously don't understand why any hotel has rugs, gross 🤢. It's cheep and the bed is comfortable I just wish it was clean.

Very friendly staff! Clean! However, our deadbolt didn’t work and my husband and I both had a lot of back pain from the beds in the morning. Our heating was also very noisy. The shower was amazing and hot and the breakfast was great! Fresh popcorn availability was a bonus!

Cleanliness wasn't the best. Nothing I felt like I needed to address at front desk but bathroom floor had some gunky areas and there were stains on the carpet. Thermostat didn't cool the room enough for us. Breakfast was pretty decent though and nice views of the mountain. Convenient location to restaurants.

Some of the employees on the second floor were very rude. Front desk and breakfast people were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here many times, and would recommend
