Econo Lodge Williamsport

I had a terrific one night stay, it went so well. The rooms are clean, beds cozy, no bugs or pests. One thing I noticed that I don't think it's mentioned enough in hotel reviews, this place has thick walls. I'm pretty sure both rooms on each side of me were occupied, I couldn't hear anything, not even a little TV noise. This is a wonderful feature of this particular Econo Lodge. The staff are so friendly, when you arrive you'll be greeted with kindness, like I was. The price was budget-friendly, outstanding value what you get for the price. I go to Williamsport once a month at least so I'll absolutely be returning.

I've been staying here off and on for awhile...4days and would like to stay here until Wed but I cannot afford it. The only thing is they don't offer free nights. Offering a free night when you have a returning customer that pays would make this a great place to stay. Times are tuff for so many. Companies that offer a helping hand would thrive on it own by word of mouth.

Positive: Checking out!! Negative: Toilet sink and shower all were plugged. No maintenance! No make up service for the room on the daily. Breakfast was not as advertised

At first the room we stayed in was horrible, the bathroom door wouldn't shut at all. It was dirty! Walked in my stocking feet, and the bottom of my socks was extremely dirty. Had a spider on me in the morning. No hair dryer, etc. I talked to the manager who was very nice, and she understood, and put us up in the newer section. That part was very nice! We were much more pleased at that point. The manager made it right by us, but unfortunately that first night had a very negative effect on my Wife.

I was put in a smoking room which I did not order. It smelled horribly, was in disrepair and the sheets had dirt on them. I had to sleep on top of the covers in my clothes for fear of bed bugs. I'm not exaggerating!! Later that day I told a friend where I stayed and she said, "Oh my God, that's a well known drug hotel." I can't believe you allow your brand to be associated with someplace like that.
