We had a fantastic experience here! Great value! The manager Billy is very nice and he is there if you need anything for your room or any assistance! We loved the whirlpool! We appreciate you all! Thanks again!

The room was dingy at best. Very lackluster but okay for the weekend. The location itself was just okay too. Right off the interstate so good for travelers. We were unaware that we had to stay in the room with our pets so we left them to go grab a bite to eat. We locked and latched the door on the way out. Somehow they got out and, yes they did, have an accident on the floor; however they are nice pups and would never hurt a fly. Especially considering one is a golden retriever. We got a phone call saying our dogs were roaming the halls so management decided to let them out of the building. We found one dog right away and the golden was picked up by the manager (?) at Arby’s. The manager at this hotel changed his story about half a dozen times on how the dogs were let out the building sayi

The only reason for not giving this hotel a one star. is that while the room was old and the desk chair and phone were broken (and I mean broken), the room was clean and it looks like management is trying to update it. First the side doors were not working and visitors placed rocks to keep the door open so security is out the window. My room had no desk or outlets for using computers. Only one bedside table available. The chair was broken and only by reflexes I thought were lost, when I sat in it I didn't go backwards and hurt myself. The phone was definitely broken and while the desk clerk acknowledged it was broken, no replacements were available. Breakfast was very limited. This was my first experience with Econo Lodge and probably my last.

The hotel had poor quality for cleanliness, building structure, and safety. We paid for three nights, but left after the first night because we weren't comfortable with two kids in tow at this hotel. The stairway heading to the 2nd level and the hallway of the 2nd floor is flimsy with divots in the carpeting and worn, stained carpeting. The breakfast was poor quality. We couldn't tell how long the perishables were in the containers. We did not feed our kids there. Then I asked for reimbursement, and the hotel worker did not take my opinion into consideration. He said everyone else feels safe. I also have not been reimbursed for the two nights we didn't stay there. For a family, this hotel is inappropriate due to the conditions of the place and the clientele.
