I never give poor reviews but I strongly believe that this place deserves one. After driving two hours with my child & baby by myself, I picked this place for an affordable destination stop. Well, after getting to town, due to the nice weather, prices over doubled within a couple hours worth of time, but I still decided to get a room here regardless. With a crawling baby and out of habit, I decided to check under the bed to make sure that there wasn’t anything for him to grab. This is what I found. When I went to the front desk to see if I could get a clean room, the front desk guy showed me THREE rooms and all three had grossness under the edge of the beds! When I asked him if someone could just bring in a broom and mop they said that they didn’t have anyone available to help me. So, I

Upon entering the first room, we were shocked to find it in a state of disarray, with trash on the floor, empty cans on the side tables, leftover food boxes on surfaces, and the bed, which had been used, with pillows and sheets visibly disturbed. The bathroom was also in a disgusting condition, with used towels left in the tub and hair present in the shower area.|We immediately returned to the front desk to report the issue. The staff apologized and offered to move us to a different room. Though I already felt uneasy, we accepted the second room, as it was just for one night. The new room appeared clean, so we left our luggage there and went out for sightseeing.|However, upon our return around 10:30 PM, after showering and settling in, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working.

I have a 62yr old friend that stayed at this place, she was having health problems and she had a service dog. I ended up going there to take her to the ER. We took the dog with us. Newport hospital wanted to transport her to Corvallis, we decided to take the dog to a kennel, then we went to check out, This was on a Sunday and and she was paid through till Tuesday morning. The guy didn't want to refund any money. Very shabby way to treat a paying customer. This older lady should have received compassion. I would never stay in a place like that.

We were there for two days. There’s numerous nonfunctional things - the hair dryer, the charging station, the clock. My room wasn’t cleaned. Wondering if the cleaning technician had the day off? I did see her on the way out. But everyone’s very friendly.

don't trust this motel, there is a reason why it is dirt cheap. I booked online and once I drove over was told I need to be 21 to check in. When I asked if I could get a refund since I wasn't 21 and had no one with me who was 21 I was refused. I'm going to be disputing the charge with my bank.
