The hotel room was clean for the most part. Stain on the chair, but didn't use it, so no big deal. Issue with TV, but they came to fix right away. Issue came back, but we could watch other things. It is an older motel, but to have a commercial toilet instead of a standard flush, that is odd! The breakfast was not to right home about. I just wanted a decent cup of coffee, didn't get it. Overall, it worked for our stay for the race in town. The $ was a bit high, but since every place in town was booked solid...

The staff was great. However, there was loud construction going during the day on Friday 10/31/25. I was working remotely and attending virtual meetings and I could barely hear over the construction. Thankfully I was able to book through Choice Hotels for $57 because the $80 the hotel tried to charge was too much for this room. The shower faucet constantly ran. The cable/satellite rarely worked. Mostly displayed "No Signal". And worst of all, there were cockroaches. I am having to quarantine my luggage before bringing it inside my house. Highly disappointing. Again, staff was great, but the room was not.

Not one single wake up call was made to wake me up for work while I was there resulting in lost wages there was no alarm clock for me to set in the room. When I went to the front desk I was advised that some of the phones don't work correctly so I provided my cell phone# just in case and I was Never contacted when I returned from work I asked the lady at the desk what happened and she said she didn't know and showed me the note taped to the monitor that had my number in it with instructions to wake me by using that number I had zero missed calls. Please put alarm clocks in the rooms if your not going to call people to wake them up you may cost someone their job. I feel it was blatant lack of care or concern for the guest and their needs when paying to stay with you.

This place is nasty and some of the people here and VERY RUDE. it’s roaches in the rooms and it’s rats running around everywhere outside , which they haven’t done anything about it. 0/0 recommended. spend your money anywhere but here.

Our stay was fine for the price, and the price+breakfast were the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. The staff was friendly, and room was decent, and the stay was okay. There were little things that were disappointing, like air vents with accumulated dust (hvac unit) - they weren't obstructed, but could have been cleaned better. Also, the in-sink stopper pushed down but would not pop back up. We hade to play with it for a while to get it back up so the sink would drain again. Breakfast was disappointing - the waffle maker was great, and they had syrup, but the only other options were an apple or small microwavable biscuit. No milk, toast, or cereal.
