Every time my husband & I stay here they are always exceptionally nice the rooms are clean & beds are comfortable, we love staying here every time we come to town , just wish they had vending machines in the hotel

My room was very comfortable and large! Unfortunately the bathroom fan sounded like there were nails in it, and I could tell they didn't change my bed before I came because there was a bottle cap under my blanket :( I'm also very sensitive to smoke, and although my room smelled fine the hallways really were stinky like cigarettes... Would still recommend the place, but the staff hopefully will find this helpful in making improvements for future guests.

Customer service was severely lacking. Price of room not worth it. The room decor definitely needs to be updated and has seen better days. The coffee pot was dusty inside and out. Beds kinda small. Showers where hot but had a crack in it. Free wifi. They have no room service. Had a hair dryer for use. Pro will not go back. No room service was a huge downside for me. We couldn't get any towels that day. Had to wait for next day and they wouldn't bring it to us.

Very clean. Room was comfortable and furnished a bit differently than the normal style. Nice art work. I booked here for the gym and pool. Gym machine was better maintained than most, but no free weights. Pool looked nice but sadly was out of service for my week. The staff were curteous. The low point was a the breakfast, which was the same every day and offered limited or no protein. Not even powdered egg. I would suggest hard boiled eggs in their shell. They're cheap enough and last if uneaten.

the first room my family and I were put in had no mini fridge,. Which is a must when having a toddler for milk etc. They quickly let us change rooms that did have a mini fridge, however both rooms had no microwave and only 1 towel so we did more running back and forth. They are VERY tiny rooms and are way overpriced for the amenities and space available. Also the breakfast they provide is things like honeybuns and pastries and bagels. I would not consider that a breakfast. We ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere upon checkout. I will not be staying there again. At best these rooms should be no more than $60 a nightly stay, that would be with an added microwave.
