Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Yuma

They were switching over from an old name to Econo Lodge. Reservation was made online prior. They did not have access to the old system. They had been dealing with check-ins and the problems this causes. They went above and beyond to assist. The Manager Cody was amazing. Ended up having to cancel the online reservation through a few phone calls with the booking website and Cody ensured they not only matched the price but was able to get me an even better deal due to the issues. Every employee was patient and amazing as they worked through all the check-in issues with me and several others. They went above and beyond given the circumstances. Thank you.

Positive: "" Negative: The doors were falling apart and wouldn’t fully latch to secure the door from break ins, toilet kept running, towel rack kept coming apart. Central AC thermostat was partially exposed wires and no filter was placed inside the vent.

The A/C unit did not work. I had to open to window to cool off the room.

I drove from Vancouver BC Canada 🇨🇦 to CoCo Beach Costa Rica 🇨🇷 staying in Hotels/Motels Inns EVERY NIGHT .... THIS HOTEL BUDGETEL INN matches its name & The Absolute WORST STAY 1 week NO REFUND EITHER TO - Cable TV & Internet CONSTANTLY GOING OFF N' ON EVERYDAY TOO!!!!! Thankful I had my own data on my own cell & IPad ... only one day was asked for housecleaning ... the door would not close properly unless it was slammed I hope people read my survey here & don't waste their money at such a Horrible stay & Memory Was Happy Wendy's was next door & the only good for me at such a Hotel Yuma

I booked this property through Priceline based on the photos, but they are a complete misrepresentation of the actual conditions. The room had visible mold, and the environment felt unsafe; I was even approached by someone in a neighboring room trying to sell me household items. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this motel at all costs.
