Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells

The room is fine but I’m pissed about the negligence regarding their parking lot. I came in at night, parked my car; and there is just a boulder rock sitting at the end of the parking spot. Of course I didn’t see it, wasn’t expecting there to be a rock sitting there. It scraped the under side of my new car. The rock looks like it left a stain on the ground so it looked like it had be there for a long while. I don’t know if it’s the hotels fault but it feels like it for not moving it. Also confused on why there would be a rock there.

I would start off saying i stayed over this past weekend, the hotel was clean, the pool also the room was warm! But i asked for 2 queen beds also a crib for my baby, i ended up getting 2 full beds no crib, there was no breakfast for both days no waffles or bread literally NOTHING when it said it had breakfast ( good breakfast), also no water park passes which they said on the website there was 2 included in the stay, A/C had mold and the hotel was extremely hot, but on the other side it was really cold! I wouldn't stay here especially with kids and they aren't worth the money they are too poor they can't even feed their guest! They where also rude! I won't ever stay here again! Definitely not happy with my stay.

We booked this stay as it is one of the few dog friendly stays in the Dells. This is probably the worst Choice Hotels location we’ve ever stayed at. The girl at the front desk was very friendly but it went downhill from there. We went to our room and it was hot as heck, smelled musty/like smoke and definitely not up to the cleanliness standards we’re used to. The bathroom looked like someone just used it as the shower was all wet, the inside of the garbage bag was wet, there was a smudge on the tub (sort of hidden by a supposedly clean towel?) and a stray you know what hair on the edge of the tub..Above the sink there was a fruit roll up box that was flattened and stuck behind one of the lights? Not sure if that was supposed to be a fix for something (the light didn’t work) or if it was un

Absolutely Horrid! We made a reservation for the night, so my family and I came up to stay and had a horrible experience. We walked into our first room and was hit with a horrible smell of mold,mildew, and chlorine (chlorine mostly coming from the pool it backed up to.). The bathroom had a drop ceiling with very obvious water damage, looking as if it could collapse at any moment. We waited a bit to see if the smell would let up once the room heated up, and it didn't. We went to the front desk to get a room change a few hours later,and was met with bad service provided by the front desk clerk, whom was previously sitting at a slot machine on the phone. He was very uninterested in helping us and was unconcerned by the smell emitted by the room. We requested a room change, specifically closer
