Price was great . In my particular room , the window had no screen, & the air conditioner squeaked when turned on, so much we couldn't use it. They were supposed to give us a different room but never did. The breakfast was a little disappointing, very different than what is advertised. Cereal & toast , & coffee was available only. No coffee pot in the room, as advertised. As well as missing iron board & blow dryer. It did have a table and two chairs & microwave & mini fridge . I thought I dialed the vending machine toll free # because it took my $ & no soda but somehow the police showed up asking if everything was ok & said someone had called for help??????? Did find the ice machine , located in the laundry room , which closes at 9pm . Free is good. 👍

Woke up to a strong odor and because I didn’t register the smell initially, I immediately worried about fire or smoke so I turned on the light searching for any danger, and then it registered what the pungent odor was a skunk. However as I was searching the room for smoke I noticed the ceiling smoke detector was missing entirely. Then I had anxiety about sleeping again with no working smoke detector. But that’s ok because my neighbors wouldn’t allow me To sleep now as they just got in at 1:30am and continued to come in and out of their room slamming the door each time, arguing, and pacing in the parking lot. One of them got into a truck and the other one put on a robe and chased after him screaming all the way to the main road. This kind of riff raff occurred until about 4am. I was

The younger gentleman in the morning and Sal the General are cordial and polite individuals. Coffee and television, location community guides amply available in the lobby as well as welcoming seating. The sleepy lady in the late am of one day last week gave a more, honest matched Online style rental rate upon proof of my faith based loyalty card. The only negative comment I would make as a professional caregiver and travel docent would be there was no healthy dinning options and the dwelling was not satisfactorily sanitized by GM Sal when I requested-(COVID & health code in USA)

While this isn’t a Ritz Carlton, it’s definitely a five star for its class. Peter, the manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure things are lined up for me. I’ve stayed here frequently in the past and for what it might not have that golden shiny it makes up for in the caring concern that the staff always shows both myself and any of the other guests that I see staying there. The value for what you’re paying for exceeds what the value is in regards to the service and cleanliness of the rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area and have had both friends and family stay there when visiting. It’s a Budget five star if I’ve ever seen one. If you visit Ara Peter, he’ll always help you out the best you can. Thanks for always helping out Pete!

Positive: The hotel room and grounds were filthy. Homeless persons begging for money. The swimming pool had litter and trash floating. Negative: Unsafe, bug infested with limited parking. Met with staff requested a refund, which was denied. We left went to a better part of town and booked another room. we stayed at this hotel during COVID 5 years ago and it was OK
