This place is a crap-hole. This is a pay by the hour type of establishment. The carpets throughout this entire hotel are disgustingly filthy in the lobby, hallways and rooms. The A/C is extremely loud and constantly has to be activated manually. The room is hot and smells. I’m paying $160/night and feeding ripped off. I’m currently staying here as I’m writing this review. I’m looking for another hotel.
The location wasn't great, the rooms were dated, but what made this location get five stars from me was the staff. When I checked in Front Desk Supervisor Adam Smith was very personable, accommodating, made sure that I got the room that I wanted, and made a point of introducing himself and giving me his card in case I needed anything during my stay. As someone in marketing, this was impressive. The pricing was very fair, and the breakfast has lots of choices. I really enjoyed my stay, and knowing about this hotel will have me coming back to Lodi. Thank-you Adam for your hospitality - this five star review is for you :)
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast room had several good choices. Getting to the hotel from the venue I was at in Lodi was not simple, but that is due to the way the streets are laid out in older parts of Lodi. Freeway access is easy.
Positive: Location Negative: The front desk seemed very unorganized. Lines would form, and the 2 employees manning the desk never acknowledged the line. A simple nod, or I will be with you shortly was not in their vocabulary.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options for a 3-star hotel. There was plenty of parking space, and I appreciated that the room came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby also provides complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea at all times which is great. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I did have a negative encounter with one front desk staff member named Tina. After breakfast, my key card stopped working, so I requested a new one. She asked for my ID, which I had accidentally left inside the room. I offered to show my booking confirmation on my phone, but instead of helping, she was sarcastic, dismissive, and even lectured me. She was very unprofessional
