Best Western I-5 Inn & Suites

It was my first time staying here. The staff were friendly and the service was rapid. I liked those factors!! However, given my experience staying in clean, well-kept hotels, I was disgusted. Not much care or money seems to be put into this hotel. When I selected it from Booking.com, it didn’t look bad on the outside, and the price was reasonable. But I guess I got what I paid for. When I arrived, I was able to quickly check in. I wanted to take a nice, warm bath, relax, put my feet up, and rest after traveling hours to Northern California. **Please see my photos. The bathtub looked dirty! The bottom border of the bed was chewed up. This was already enough for me. I contacted the front desk and asked for a different room. Staff immediately came to see what was wrong and I showed her. “Just

I stayed at the Best Western recently, and I really want to appreciate Angel for her amazing service. She was super friendly, kind, and always had a smile on her face. From check-in to checkout, she made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about guests, but Angel truly does. We've stayed here many times and always had a good experience. The room was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were several choices at breakfast. The desk clerk was very helpful. We will stay here again.

Positive: The girl at the front desk was very pleasant Negative: It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was slime behind the faucet, hair in the bathtub drain and the carpet was stained. Also, there was little water pressure in the shower- so little that it didn?t want to turn the shower on

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience with Angel at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Angel greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. She was polite, professional, and very helpful in answering my questions about the hotel and nearby places to visit. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable during my stay.
