The rooms were very nice. The price was great. I am a 1 legged person and the counter person automatically gave me a bottom floor room. I had no issues at all

I was put in smoking despite booking a nonsmoking room. After informing the desk that I’m asthmatic, I was moved to a room that had dead insects on the bed and floor and long human hairs on the bed. There was a group of 6 people drinking and yelling outside my door until 4am. Checked out on the first morning of a 5 day reservation after getting 2 total hours of sleep and having no hot water in the shower, and the employees were unable to communicate whether or not I’d be charged for the remaining nights. Will never return to an EconoLodge, and it’s unlikely I will return to any Choice branded property despite having a corporate rate. Will be sure to report to my company’s travel department.

Positive: "" Negative: The staff.i left my brand new medical Vape in the room the morning of check out and couldn't get it back. I opened the. Package and plugged it in to charge and left it . When I returned it was cleaned and charger still plugged in there wall. No Med vape.

Light didn't work in the bathroom, TV didn't work, found a bed bugs. When we told front desk issues we were told to go to the maintenance guys room on second floor and tell him. My husband is handicapped and this was during a snow and ice storm so walking to second floor was too dangerous! I do not recommend this place for anyone...ok maybe my ex-mother-in-law! Only pappa johns would deliver to there as others had had issues with guest or issues with the parking lot not being cleared enough to get in and out safely!

Was charged $167.57 for 1 night. Stains on the comforters, toothpaste spit from previous occupants on sink and mirror, floors had leaves and sand all over. Sink had hair and dirt inside. We kept our shoes on. Pulled the comforters off, and tried not to touch much. We had 4 in our room, only had towels for 1 person so we had to get more from the front desk. Customer service was great. However, they don't have a housekeeping or a maintenance crew. There was a broken, rusted dryer in the breezeway next to the ice machine. I found this hotel on the choice hotels website, this does not meet their standards. I know I had to rate it, but really zero stars.
