The rooms were fairly dirty when we arrived, as soon as we opened the door, we got hit in the face with the smell of Marijuana. The beds: Super thin mattress, and really uncomfortable. Dust: on all surfaces. The carpet: maybe vacuumed once every week Tv: barely works Bathroom: no complaints Bathroom door: janky looking and painted by a toddler. Room door: looks like someone beat it like it owed them thousands. Light switch at door: does nothing. Desk chair: disgusting Parking: decent Staff: also decent, kind. Included breakfast: disgusting and cramped. (Mini bagels were hard and old, the drink dispensers were dirty) Railings going up the stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. When we checked in the first room we got was still dirty with trash and sheets disheveled, when they gave us a second room it was a smoking room when I specifically booked a non smoking room. When we got to the third room it smelled like dogs and mildew but at that point the hotel clerk was being rude so I just took the loss. There were dog scratch marks on the doors and the bathroom was dusty and covered in grime. I would never stay here again. Don’t waste your money. You’re gonna be grossed out.

Room was clean. The rest was pretty basic. Beds were not comfortable. Towels were thin. Bathroom door had one bad hinge. Complimentary breakfast was also very basic. Also - not the hotel's fault - several guests were up late in the evening and were pretty noisy. Due to the holiday period this was the only hotel available at the time.

This was by far the filthiest and most unsafe hotel that we have ever stayed in. We came on a busy weekend with all other hotels sold out! We had three rooms and paid $200 per room per night. The bathtub had dried blood and I don't know what else in it. It was not sanitary to use. The floors and walls were filthy like someone had simply thrown food and drinks and it stuck there. Mold everywhere, dirty panties and food in floor and in drawer's. Multiple fights happened with one so severe that we could not go to our room for over an hour as law enforcement deemed it unsafe. The reviews are bad but the experience is even so much worse! I don't know where the pictures on their website came from because our three rooms looked nothing like them!!!

For a short trip / stay this hotel was perfect. Wanted to take the grands to Helen, GA for a quick Fall Break. The youngest LOVES swimming so I also had to find an indoor pool - not an easy task for this area. This was one of the few hotels which had one but I was hesitant because it was an Econo Lodge. My expectations were not very high. (I happen to travel a lot for work and am a Platinum Member for another hotel chain AND we usually rent out condos or cabins) This was a last-minute idea. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Pool was great - clean AND heated. Jacuzzi wasn't working but not needed by us anyway. Rooms were small but housed two adults and two kids (one is a teen) for a few days just fine. Comfy Queen beds. Big Digital TV for movies late night. The bathroom WAS a bit on the
