Econo Lodge Harrisburg - Southwest of Hershey Area

The rooms are clean. Kind of a low-key hotel, a good place to get some rest. My problem with them is that they have no concept of credit card authorization standard operating procedure. Although I was not overcharged, they did a double authorization, tying up $101 of my funds for several days now, for no good reason, and then don't have a clue how to remove extra authorizations. In other words, I continue waiting to regain access to my own money, money that I did not spend at the hotel, several days after I left.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—including a super comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I also really appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary toiletries to the delicious breakfast buffet that had something for everyone. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty with stains on the toilet seat and the refrigerator made a nonstop noise so it is probably broken. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. The toilet paper provided was not a fresh roll. It was half of a roll from whoever booked the room prior. Additionally, the toilet seemed to be broken because every time you sat on it, it made a huge noise. It let everyone know in the hotel room that you were using the toilet. Also, the water to the shower was cold one morning. The breakfast was even more disappointing. There was only a few bagels to eat with two cereal options which were almost entirely empty. There was only water provided to drink, no juices. The toaster did not work to at least toast the bagels. The coffee machine also had a sign

The room was clean however the bathtub Was cracked and breaking apart. There wasn't very much to choose from for breakfast. Toast mini muffins or cereal. The milk was spoiled however the staff did bring out new milk but only choice for drink was water or coffee they did not offer any juice. The staff was friendly. There were several events going on in Hershey which made all motel prices go sky high but this one was a reasonable cost.

The best Econolodge we've been to do far! The staff were so nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!
