Econo Lodge Greenville near University

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money. First off, as soon as we checked in, the front desk gave us a key card to the wrong room. So we walked into a room that was already occupied. Every time we got back to our rooms, we had to go reactivate our key cards. We had 2 wseparatw rooms and neither of the hair dryers worked. We asked the desk and she said we will send maintenance but not sure they will do anything! Then I killed a cockroach in the bathroom sink area. Noise from the road and people fighting, yelling, etc was ridiculous. Not the best neighborhood either. We walked over to waffle house because it was close. Some "creeper" standing the tree area watching us walk back to the hotel. Definately do not recommend this hotel, at all!

Great Staff! Kim and Shea are super accommodating. Staff is kind, friendly and always take care of their guests with fantastic hospitality. Thank you for all you do!

The floor was dirty, the shower tub had not been cleaned and. Was very slick and an outlet near the bed did not work.

Positive: Location Negative: Everything- The room was dirty, our shoes literally stuck to the floor. It was so sticky throughout the room so we couldn?t take our shoes off. We canceled the next 2 nights of reservation and changed hotels. We have also canceled our future res as well.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless. Rooms had been updated since we last stayed here a couple of years ago, and we liked the new LVP floors and comfortable beds.
