Econo Lodge Garner - Raleigh

The staff is not very understanding and doesn’t care too much about complaints that visitors have about rooms and noise disturbances. The rooms are very dirty, showers barely cleaned, mosquitoes found in the room, sheets have holes, lights barely work, and the noise level is excessive. I made a complaint about the noise level and customer service was not understanding about this complaint. I was requested a $50 deposit when it wasn’t made very clear on the website as to why this deposit was supposed to be paid for. I feel that $50 deposit should not be a part of the check-in because the rooms are already dirty and they are checking for room to be cleaned to get a deposit back. I will not be coming back here anymore.

My stay was convenient and affordable. The room was well kept despite one of the lamps missing a light bulb and the television picture. My overall stay was enjoyable.

As always very polite staff, prices are always fair. Only thing that gets too me is loud and unruly guest, making fuss and disturbing others and not just me, but overall I truly enjoy and always have enjoyed my stays. Thank You and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026🫡😎🙏

Whoever works at this hotel at night was very rude and nasty. Treated me very poorly the moment I walked in . Did nothing to help me . Instead got an attitude and said he couldn’t do anything neither could a manager or anyone for that matter . & instead he wanted to stand behind the window as a “grown man” trying to get aggressive and threatened me with the police .do not recommend staying here . Wouldn’t even let me change my room dates or get a refund.

Early Check in 🫡Well I usually stay on the back which is more suitable for me, but I had to take the room up front which was cool two beds for the price of one. The only issue I had is that there was bug (roach)crawling around about the TV and my items, but I took care of it, other than that I satisfied
