Econo Lodge Decatur South

Just called about a extended stay room and the guy i spoke to was very rude. I wouldn't recommend no one stay there. He shouldn't have a job. I'm sure he's rude to everyone. Let's be clear he's not the owner he's just a manager with a nasty attitude. But after reading the reviews and considering they have bed bugs and roaches. .He did me a favor by going to a 5 star Hotel. With that attitude Econo lodge will keep missing out on money. To the owners do yourself a favor and get rid of this guy. Because you're loosing money..

Always pleasant, and very accommodating. I asked for a room on the ground floor. The gentleman in the office said he had the exact room I was in last year available and gave it to me again. My own personal room! He actually went to the room ahead of me to make sure everything was in order, checked the TV, refrig, and heat and air. I guess my pickiness precedes me, but I've never had a problem at this hotel. Great place to stay and will definitely stay there again next year if I am invited back to the art show.

The deadbolt did not work on the door and when we requested either for it to be fixed or for a new room we were only offered a room upstairs which one of us cannot climb. The bathroom door was broken, and the toilet would not stop running. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - it would have been more comfortable sleeping on the bathroom vanity table. The night attendant was not very friendly or customer service oriented. He behaved more like we were a bother and he did not really want to rent out the room. We will absolutely never be staying here again.

This place is So Run down and Disgusting!!! The front desk guy Will kept walking by my room and standing by my window, It was very strange because I was alone, He even watched me gather my things from my car. Overall I left because I developed bites on my arms and legs that clearly came from BED BUGS! and I didn’t even stay for the days I paid for! Thankfully I found a way better condition and very clean place down the road.

Room was really nasty bed bugs ceiling paint falling off air conditioner filters extremely nasty service sucks recommend you not stay here look at the photos I posted
