Econo Lodge By the Falls

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel that meets all the marks. Clean room, easy and free parking and a nice pool. You can’t beat the location. It’s right on Clifton Hills. Cheaper than 90% of the hotels in the area definitely recommend it. The climate control works better than most hotels that are 2 to 3 times the price. it’s not the most luxurious or modern, but it has everything one would need.

location is best, very close to the main street in town with lots of entertainments and restaurants just steps away. price is fair, room is a bit too old, and not very warm but acceptable; swimming pool is a bonus; now comes the worst part: somebody tried to enter the room at 6am in the morning but it's locked from inside and family was woked up; we thought it's hotel guest looked for a wrong room and tried to fall to sleep again then we got a loud call from reception to apologize for entering :(

The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again

The first room we stayed in did not have a properly working heater so we insisted that we move to another room and at least that one had a working heater. There are no fridges or microwaves in the room and the beds are not comfortable. The outlets are scarce. The TVs were big and got a lot of stations so that was good and the location of the place is place is decent, it's almost near the top of Clifton Hill. Personally I would not stay here again because sleeping was uncomfortable they need to upgrade and get new beds.

Good location. Budget stay. Do not expect anything ie giving bottle of water. Run down towel - it could be dirt! Check before use. Run down bathroom. Not letting guess park for an extra hour after check out - need to pay extra. Low budget Mattress - I will not sleep more than 2 days in this hotel. Will I return - definitely NOT.
