Make sure you do your homework on the reviews before choosing this place. If you're a PLATINUM member like myself...DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! They do NOT honor any PLATINUM privileges such as an early check in or late checkout! Free breakfast??? There isn't one!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU GO ONE MINUTE PAST CHECKOUT TIME!!! And yes they will knock on your door every 15 minutes starting at 10am to make sure you're in the process of leaving! I used my free night stay here as I frequently come to Atlanta on most weekends. Me and my boyfriend checked in last night after Thanksgiving. Of course we are a little drunk because of the festivities. He wake me up for breakfast and I notice two big bugs crawling on the pillow. I know Im allergic so I get up and stand in front of the vent with the heat on high(heat kills bed bugs) and asked my boyfriend to please have them to switch our rooms so that I can go back to sleep because my head is spinning. He comes back and says that the front desk clerk said it’s nothing she can do until her general manager gets here at 10 am mind you it’s 7:00 am when all of this is taking place. As I always say, the personnel at this hotel always treat me with a smile, and when I’m leaving, smile welcome back, I’ll see you soon. They make me feel at home and very comfortable and accommodate me in my stay my room and cooperation to any questions or concerns. I may have at the moment.

This place worst of all! Yall I had a very bad stay! The manager and staff are disrespectful, not honest, and lazy. Please do not! I repeat do not book this place. The treatment they gave me is just crazy! And the police always there! As you can see in the picture.

Unacceptable Hygiene Issue Led to Immediate Check-Out ​This review is specifically for my stay on November 29th 2025. I want to preface this by saying I have stayed at this Econo Lodge Virginia Ave three times previously and have always had a satisfactory experience, which is why this incident was so shocking and disappointing. ​I checked in around 7:00 PM and only stayed for approximately four hours, checking out by 11:00 PM. The reason for my swift departure was the unacceptable condition of the bed linens. After taking a shower and preparing to get into bed, I noticed a large, disturbing stain on the bed and pillow that looked clearly unsanitary—it appeared as though a bodily fluid had leaked onto the sheets. ​The sight was so immediately off-putting that I felt I could not safely or co
