Where do I even begin...I booked two double queen, non-smoking rooms a few days before we arrived. We specifically booked non-smoking rooms due to having two INFANTS. When we checked in, the front desk person informed us we were in two smoking rooms. I refused, and she called someone and somehow managed to find two non-smoking rooms, but one was a single king room, and the other was a double queen room. She went to make sure the rooms were clean. She came back and stated they were clean, but one smelled like bleach. The double queen room smelled like bleach, but it was at least clean. The king room initially looked clean, but there was black dirt or some substance on the pillow and top of the bed. We looked at the rest of the room and found what I can only hope was peanut butter under the

Positive: "" Negative: Our room 209 had roaches it was dirty. My wife went to the closet dolar store and got cleaning supplies to clean our bathroom and sink. We are never booking again at this location.

My most recent visit was horrible! (August 4th-7th 2025) I was in town for my brother's funeral, and I booked 2 rooms. The clerk put in the wrong dates for the second room, my cousin ended up getting locked out, and the night clerk refused to help us or at least allow him to get his belongings. My room was FILTHY AND ROACH 🪳 INFESTED! I spent all night each night battling roaches and the management refused to give a refund!!! PLEASE SEE THE PICS I TOOK FOR YOU ALL!! This post was years ago things have changed terribly: (Ms. Arlisa... I thank you for such a pleasant stay and your staff was spectacular! The room was very clean, the shower comfortably hot, and the beds were like clouds! We will be back!!)

It took 4 rooms before getting into one that I could sleep in. The smell of cigarettes and weed were suffocating. I couldn't take a shower and the bathroom for the peeling paint in the tub.

This was the worse experience in my life, After driving from Mississippi, with my family we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 pm 12/26/2024 , We was told we couldn't check in until shift change even though we paid online and she (Light skin, Curly short hair, petite,) was beyond rude and proceeded to write a note to post on the front door which from my 8+ years of management experience tells me she was directed to do so by a higher power. After shift change a Wonderful, Helpful, hard worker i think his name was Keytavious if im wrong my apologies nonetheless doing the best he could to help me and my family, he informed us the only rooms available was one without heat in late december in 36 degree wheather , or one without a tv while i have a 2 year old, This is thee WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIF
