Econo Lodge Amarillo East

I travel the country for work & this is one of the best Econo's I've stayed in. Being in the area for work over the past 2 years, I've stayed here over 50 times & have never seen a bug in the rooms! The rooms are kept very clean. The heat & AC work great, water pressure & temp are good(theres a seperate knob to control temp), cable & wifi work great. Fridge & microwave also. I dont eat the breakfast(by choice) so I cant comment on it. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. They also work with us in the pilot car world since our schedule changes by the hour. And for the price, its the best place to stay in Amarillo!!

The rooms had nice newer decor, it was clean and a good value. I was going to give it an 8 because the breakfast was not worth eating, just cereal, bread and waffles. No fruit, yogurt or fruit juices. The coffee was good. The shower was just lukewarm, never got hot although hot water at sink.

Great room, clean with all the amenities. Property is a bit dated but overall fantastic choice for a budget hotel. I could see the Wi-Fi on my phone, but did not show up on my laptop. Desk chair was broken and the telephone didn't work. Good option for an overnight stay.

Had a great stay at the Econo Lodge Amarillo East. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. For the price, it was a solid choice, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Amarillo.

The hotel was okay, but very underwhelming, even for a property in this category. The linens and flooring seemed clean enough, but there were definitely cleanliness issues in the bathroom and sink area. The continental breakfast was the bare minimum and lacked anything fresh.
