Eagles Nest RV Resort

We were there mid September to find the second phase closed. It doesn't mention this at reservations. We have gone to Eagles Nest for several years. I think this will be the last. You pay a lot for one night of camping, but we gave never found the hot tub working and looking at the pool and the building it is in, I would never go. All of the buildings have the NW mold, even the propane tank is covered in it. Spider and cobwebs on every site post and all posts in the park. Nothing is cleaned and gas gone down hill. The owner doesn't seem to care. After mid September everything is rolled up. No games, no putt putt golf. The campground was nearly empty yet they put my daughter right on the end next to the road and ys right next to her. Our slide outs nearly hit her trailer. It is ridiculously

Beautiful park! Staff and rules need a lot of help. Can't call and reserve a specific site. But if you show up and go find one you like, then get told you can't because someone else is staying there in a couple days. Very confusing and changes each time we go. Never camping there again. So sad. Absolutely a beautiful park, just not ran well.

We stayed In The first section of the campground. the spaces are REALLY tight with absolutely no privacy. The wooded section of the campground would be much nicer to stay. It is a decent campground. Really quiet.

Wouldn't guarantee a spot to reserve when the park is totally empty.. not very accommodating when asked if me and my friends wanted to be next to each other when reservations were totally empty.. not planning on going here...

***UPDATE*** AUGUST 2025 VERY PLEASED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND… GREAT PLACE TO CAMP IF YOU WANT WILDERNESS; we had a bear visit our site, however we did leave food out. *** CAMP PROVIDES OPTIONS FOR SITES WITH ELECTRICITY! PLENTY OF CLEAN RESTROOMS & SHOWERS. WATER PRESSURE IS GOOD. The resort offers 3 phases- FIRST PHASE is close to the office with options for mini golf, a park, the pool, deck space, an ocean view from afar, & plenty of private restrooms. Ground is flat & area is not surrounded by many trees more so you are in the open & without shade. SECOND PHASE is a bit above a the hill and has shared restrooms with 2 shower stalls & two toilets. This phase gets pretty packed and is where they seem to put families; so not much privacy. Ground is a bit sloped in some spaces & there are
