Worst place ever if you are looking for a peaceful place to live. Please keep looking. I made the mistake of staying there for a month and that was a month TOO long! People are trashy with dogs running loose and I had to call the sheriff out there twice DUE TO DAMAGES CAUSED TO MY TRAILER, which is something I have NEVER had to do in my life. Would not recommend to anyone. Owner is all about money and nothing else. HUGE THUMBS DOWN! Even one star is too many. P.S. I will have to pay for the damage caused by the "neighbor" out of my own pocket unless I take her to court. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

Called this RV park due to being displaced by Ida. I was told there were spots open for campers,then was asked "how much was I willing to pay", that the standard 400-500 monthly rates didn't apply. That he could make hundreds more from construction workers,but wouldn't name the price. He wanted to know what I was willing to pay for a place to stay. I understand charging traveling constructions workers an inflated rate. Although trying to gouge locals needing a place to stay due to a hurricane is another thing all together.

It's a lot at the end of a street. It's ok.
