Homewood Suites by Hilton Houma

Rhonda at the front desk is so friendly and helpful!! Hotel is very nice. Pool area is beautiful. My son enjoyed the basketball goal. Gym is nice and has tons of workout equipment. Breakfast had a very good selection. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Very friendly staff. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable but is in need of an update.

The young front desk receptionist Emma has a real attitude, I don’t think she should be the person we see at check in. We were not greeted properly or recognized for diamond status or given water at check in.

The staff at this location was very nice during the two hours that we were without hot water.  These things happen...........||The Homewood Suites - Houma, LA used to be a great location.  Things have gone down hill. The toilet had a big glob of paint on it. There was missing floor/grout in the bathroom, and the lack of ANY sneeze guard screens during breakfast.||The concept of the jam/spreads going in/out of the refrigerator everyday does not sound sanitary.  The missing sneeze guards, not individually wrapped plasticware, and the missing hand soap in BOTH bathroom dispensers was disturbing.  ||I really appreciate the access to a printer while we were there.

Okay, we did encounter some minor problems. Leaking AC , 2nd room some toilet issues. The speed of the staff was excellent. The staff thinks on the run. Everything was excellent. 5 minutes to find answers to all problems. Polite kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are spotless and the gathering areas plentiful
