Holiday Inn Houma by IHG

Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Thermostat works great. The ceiling fans are a plus! Comfy down pillows. Fantastic food at the hotel’s restaurant. Overall great stay!

Zaida at the front desk was amazing! Happy greetings and Zaida’s customer service throughout our stay was impeccable. She was super nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

Rooms are always clean and staff has always been helpful and welcoming. Paula in the restaurant is always kind and has great suggestions for the whats on the menu. She knows I like my ice cream! Edith makes a great River Parish Alfredo!

Staff was very helpful and polite exp the night audit don't remember her name but they accommodated me a late check-in an a late check out while I have to wait for my cars rims to be repaired. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't fixed them! But the hotel is clean bed and pillows are the best I've had at any other hotels I've stayed in.

Visit here quite regular for dinner which is fantastic everytime!! And the service is always the same! Live having somewhere to feel like home away from home and the bar is just chill as the beer! Which makes it a nice spot to wind down in the evenings!! And the bar tender Paula makes the experience that much greater!! 😁
