Right by the interstate, so its very noisy. Several stray cats that climb all over your vehicles. Permanent camper leaves for work at 11pm and his dog barks nonstop until he gets home. Owner charges by the day and not by the night like anywhere else or like a hotel. If you show up at 9 you get charged for that night-which is correct. Why should I be charged for leaving at 10am the next morning also. So for a day of stay you pay for 2 days. His wife has the early signs of dementia. Repeated my self and spells everything out-all for them to charge me for the day I called and made a reservation-tried fixing it 4 times! I have stayed all over the country. Absolutely the worst spot I have ever stayed at.

I stayed at this RV park for 2 weeks. Every site (that I saw) had full hook-ups and all of the trash dumpster were in reasonable distance from all camp sites. The owners are VERY nice and are willing to work with you. Cash is better in the area. If you are looking for a quiet, family friendly, and shaded RV Park this is the palce to be. The only issue we had was that we didn't want to leave. The owner (Gary) patrols the area regurarly and will do anything you need to accommodate you. Further, he has the true Missour hospitality and will conversate with you over the littlest things in life. Be sure the book in advance as the sites fill up quick. 35 Amp and 55 Amp are available, water, and sewage. We had a great stay!!! Also, the sign is easy to miss DO NOT FOLLOW GPS. Very great experience overall. It has nice showers and a nice laundry facility. And it’s close to everything we needed. The owners and the management were very amazing and helped us with everything we needed. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

We love it here! Very peaceful, nice and respectful neighbors and beautiful surroundings. Walks are a must when you visit. The owners are super nice and accommodating offering some amenities at the site. It's in an excellent location, in my opinion. Close to everything you need and very easy to drive around. Amazing parks, trails, lakes and places to visit. Family friendly!

We stayed here in June 2023 as we were passing through. It's definitely not big rig friendly, but we were able to make it to our spot after having to wind our way out of the other side because we turned the wrong way when we got there. For fhu, the price is really great. It's right next to the highway, so talking isn't easy if you're sitting around outside. The sites aren't very level, and there are a lot of dips and holes you need to navigate getting in and out. It looks like they are slowly turning the campground into a very beautiful one, so maybe in the future it will be a wonderful place to stay!
