The most helpful hotel i have ever stayed at. Kind people, great service, clean rooms and very well priced. The staff is the best around.
We requested an invoice/recipt for reimbursement purpose. The employee at the check-out counter said, booking.com will provide the invoice as we booked through booking.com. However, booking.com said, only property is authorized to provide valid recipt/invoice for tax purposes. Its a total mess between booking.com and Baymont by Wyndham Kirksville University Area. We wasted several hours reaching out to both the Baymont management and Booking.com but had no success so far. Receipt/invoice is the least they can provide to customer but they did not provide it.||||In short, if you are in need of valid recipt/invoice, stay away from this place.
Positive: "" Negative: Cleanliness dirty towel behind bathroom door, mirror by TV very dirty and TV front had something spilled down it. Front doors rumbled Everytime someone came in, I was above front doors. They have a cat on first floor and got on my table having breakfast,
Check in was okay. Parking lot needed work. Didn’t disclose online that they have a hotel cat and I am allergic. Obvious mold below the window in the trim. Carpet was gross. Stained sheets were they even changed?? Had to ask for a new set from housekeeping. The changed them for me and the new set was still stained but they assured me they were at least clean. Holes in the towels. Cracks in the walls. WiFi never worked the entire week. Breakfast is advertised to start at 6:30 but was never once ready at that time. They would start setting it out at 6:30 and make rude comments when you were there at 6:30 waiting. Not a great breakfast selection. Overall a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend. Wont stay here again just run down without maintence and they obviously don’t care.
I had a very good experience with the baymont.Inn the staff, Liz and Patty we're very helpful and very nice rooms are clean.Breakfast was good overall.I give it a nine out of ten
