E-Z 8 Motel Old Town

My experience was wonderful. For the price it was no frills, but it was quiet & clean with great parking. The location is handy to so much. The vending machines provided me water & snacks. Everyone who worked there was helpful & nice. The Security fellow walking around helped with vending machine questions. Its a gem to find. I will definitely stay there again.

Honestly, the place was fine. Just keep your expectations a little low. There's some people hanging about that maybe seem a little sketchy, but no one bothered me, even when I came home super late at night. The area doesn't look the best either, but again, I walked around and had no issues.||In the room it was kinda what you'd expect from an older motel. The paint was chipped, the bathroom door looked like it'd been kicked in at some point, the bathtub had a huge patch in it and made some creaking noises when I stepped in for a shower. BUT...the room was clean, the fridge worked so well it froze the cup of water I had in it (my fault for not checking the settings), the TV was fine, AC was noisy but worked well and the bed was super soft.||My chief complaint, was that it didn't come wi

Positive: Because I had to wait hours to check in the manager was gonna give us a disconutbbut that never happened Negative: There was homeless people and drug addicts everywhere, someone tried to break into my car. / man was shooting up with a needle hanging out of his arm next to my door to my room ,I have stayed aloy of places and this was so bad

If you just need some where to sleep it will do the job. Rooms are run down, as it the furniture and fixtures, and the mattress is as cheap as they come. Noticed on stain on the linens, that said they are clean. No microwaves in the rooms but thay have some in the common area with vending machines and laundry machines. Not a great part of town but I didn't have any bad experiences, and the front desk staff was awesome.

No. Rented a stay with them and had an issue with a debit card charge for a hold. Be careful using your debit/credit card because if they put a hold, they are not responsive in assisting you. If you like a couple hundred dollars held from you if not more for 30 days then... I spoke directly to their corporate employee regarding a resolution to this hold. You guys need to remember, if you're not spending any money in this business, these people won't bother.
