Dunes Motel

I've stayed with NLP several times in 3 of their properties and I like the dunes best so far. It's clean, comfortable, no frills , bring your own bedding and towels, pet friendly, other guests are friendly and fast food and a few gas stations are with in walking distance.

This is the worst run Motel I have ever stayed in, the windows dont close all the way so bugs are everywhere, The manager never answers the phone and when she does shes rude they say free laundry but its always locked!!!!!!! they say free free wifi but you can never get it and the manager told me thats why its free. tiles coming up from bathroom floors mold all around the grout in tub and the list goes on and on!!!!!!

Great hotel affordable as heck clean too

There was not one hook in the whole room to hang a coat, towel, or anything else. There was not even a toilet paper holder for the first several days we we there, and then they came in while we weren't there to install it without notifying us in advance. There were no pots and pans like they said, and the sheets and comforter had stains on them. Did not feel clean at all. Will not be staing there again.

New Leaf Property Management has revived the meaning of a GOOD motel. The rooms are clean, affordable, and the staff are always friendly. Never underestimate new management, these guys are A1 sauce!
