Holiday Inn Twin Falls by IHG

I am having fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Twin Falls, Idaho. From the moment I walked in, the experience was welcoming and clean. The hotel itself is well maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The front desk host, Becky, was absolutely wonderful—friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find that level of customer service, and she represents the hotel incredibly well. The housekeeping staff also deserves high praise. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. A special thank you to Maria G for her hard work and attention to detail—she did an excellent job and it did not go unnoticed. Overall, this Holiday Inn exceed

I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The lobby is inviting, the room is discuss and has a great set up for working. The pool and spa area was very inviting, although I didn't use it. Parking is a passion. LOTS of handicapped parking but others have to park at either end of the building. There is shared parking with two restaurants, but those patrons are also buying for the same limited spots. Overall, a great place to stop and spend the night

Great clean room, got late checking and out. Great breakfast especially the stuffed French toast. Comfortable bed and pillows. The indoor pool is a little wear and tear but not too bad. Overall it was an amazing experience

We stayed here on the way to another destination and were VERY happy with our stay! Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious! Everything you need for a nights stay. We went to the restaurant/bar for dinner and the food was excellent! The ladies behind the bar were amazing and fun! Overall great feeling! Then the next morning we went for breakfast and same thing! Fantastic food and service! They could teach a class on making a traveler feel welcome!
