Holiday Inn Express & Suites Twin Falls by IHG

Aight, so my sister and I were traveling across the country. We were getting tired, and wanted to find a hotel with a hot tub that was still open pretty late. Boom, this place pops up. So we roll up without a reservation. The women at the front desk were super nice, and got us checked in efficiently. The room was clean and really nice! We were advised about the issue with the hot tub jets at check-in, but that didn't matter to us--we just wanted to soak after 14 hours on the road. The pool was cold, but we didn't care. Breakfast was pretty darn good. And we got a great deal through the IHG app for the room. We had zero complaints!

A nice hotel , but ruined , in my opinion withy the "New Coffee In The Lobby" Program!|When I get up , the first thing I do is make a cup of coffee (after trip to restroom) - Been to two Holiday inns recently that have done away with in room coffee makers-To protect the environment they say , I think just to improve their bottom line -Sign says coffee available 24/7 in the lobby - No one wants to see me in pajamas going and getting a cup of coffee! |So , I have gone back to the old ways, carry instant coffee and cups with us now , and we have in room coffee anyway!

Great stay for 3 nights...if you want a quiet room at end of hall 3rd floor room 302. No one one one side. We did Thousand Springs Scenic by-way about 60 miles...lots to see lots of stops. Craters of the Moon was over an hour lots to explore. Only thing I can complain about is the bed was too soft. Mari, front desk gal was very helpful n sweet.

We pulled into the hotel and were greeted with a great staff. They were remodeling the hotel so there were workers on the floor that our room was at (nothing like having a brand-new room!). Kind of scared us but it worked out. Because they were remodeling their breakfast lacked a little bit. I'm sure they will figure that out. We loved twin falls! We had a good time there.

I was greeted very kindly by the gentleman at the front desk, smiling and very kind service. He made checking in super easy and fast. The lobby was visually pleasant and smelled clean. Our room was probably one of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in, beds were tightly made, bathrooms fully stocked and spotless. I was super happy and impressed with our stay, highly recommended.
