Hampton Inn Twin Falls

The customer service was amazing. The location was amazing. The food was ok. The room was junk. For the price I paid for a big room it was sub par at best. The shower head was barely attached to the wall and leaked badly. The tub had a big ol crack in it that pinched my foot when I found it. The tub flexed and creaked and moved really bad anywhere near the crack which was very very sketchy. The bathroom door wasn't anywhere near fitting and couldn't even latch. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. When we got an extra blanket it had holes in it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Usually I dont post reviews and just suck it up but man for the price I paid ill be looking for a refund.

I booked this room months in advance through Expedia. I, and many of my friends and family, use Expedia or similar booking services so when I checked in and was charged for the room I was confused since I paid when I booked and have never been asked to pay again before. I asked but the answer didn’t seem right to me so I reached out to Expedia to ask about their policy. They called the hotel without notifying me, spoke to the front desk clerk who then called me (11 at night btw) to “clarify”. She was short at check in and me reaching out to Expedia seemed to especially irritate her. If that’s policy, that’s fine I just wanted to check because I’m definitely not paying for this horrible hotel TWICE. Breakfast & coffee great. Staff great! Close to Idaho Falls River Walk! i'd incorrectly made a reservation on line for the Hampton Inn in Twin Falls, ID. Manager at the Idaho Falls location contacted the other to see if I could save double paying. However, since booked through 3rd party, I paid for my error. Manager did his best.

Positive: The location and the tub. Negative: The heater made a loud noise all night! Could not get any sleep! The fridge also was making loud noise the entire time.

The check-in didn't give details to where we were, and changed the room type to a single bed for 2 adults and 1 eleven year old. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay and the pool was nice. The room looked out on the backside of Target. Apart from an idling truck it was quiet. I asked for extra pillows and they didn't show up. The bed was very uncomfortable.
