Duck Creek Campground

We had a great stay! The campground is well-kept with clean restrooms, and the camp host was super friendly and welcoming. We loved the convenience of having a little town just 5 minutes away for anything we needed. We stayed in Loop A since Loops B and C are under renovation. The only downside was the traffic noise at night/day which can get a bit loud, but overall it was a very nice campground.

My sister came west for a visit and we decided to do some camping! We weren’t able to reserve a campsite but we went up on a Wednesday and got a first come, first served site (#45-B loop). It was an amazing campsite. We were really close to bathrooms that had flushing toilets and there was water right across the road. The picnic table/fire pit area was concrete and had a view of Duck Creek pond. The only reason for the four stars is road noise. While the campsite itself is a good distance from the road, the road noise is what woke us up every morning. For some reason it was really loud. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

There was no water and most bathrooms were closed with no warning. The area is beautiful with lots of trails. We asked if we could have a fire as the rain died down and were told no because it was too dry. It had just rained for 12 hours.

Beautiful campground. We had no problem fitting our 30 foot travel trailer in our campsite. Access is easy from the main highway with the village of Duck Creek nearby. Cedar Breaks campground is less than 30 minutes away too. Restrooms are cleam and readily accessible.

Our camp host was so nice! He helped us get a better group site when the one reserved didn't fit all of our campers (they ARE sticklers about dogs on leashes, though, so be warned!) And the children LOVED our spot! Such a great weekend there! Clean bathrooms, beautiful walks, great place to be!! Can't wait to go back!
