DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando - Disney Springs Area

We stayed here for seven nights.The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

My family of 3 just returned from a 5 night stay. My son’s first trip to WDW! Hotel is conveniently located, no more than 10-12 min drive to entrance of all 4 Disney Parks. Staff was great outside of one issue with one of the check-in staff (but everyone else was great so still 5 star). The rooms are very spacious albeit slightly dated but at Disney you really just need a clean bed and shower. AC was a bit sluggish and probably 5-10 degrees warmer than stated temp so adjust accordingly but overall very satisfied with our experience!

We had such a great trip to Orlando, and this hotel was great! Our connecting rooms are SO big and spacious! The staff are all so kind and welcoming! We especially loved Olga (our server at brunch everyday!), and Ben (at the front desk!). And Craig (the GM) was SUPER accommodating! Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Solid three stars. Location: this hotel gets you just into the edge of Disney property. Very close to the highway and probably the first hotel on property from MCO. This means the buses for all the Disney attractions come all the time which’s good if you’re there for that. Food: Options are quite limited. Small bar. Restaurant in lobby. Small snack/cafe. All doable and ok. But there’s numerous options a mile away like a starbs and other restaurants. Plus close to Walgreens and places like that. Hotel: Definitely a little dated but it’s clean and fine. Nothing stands out on the ominous minus side. Our AC and heat broke but they fixed it within an hour. Resort: Meh not really resort like at all. Just convenient hotel location on Disney property. It does have a pool, tennis court

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the staff and hotel was. It's a reasonably priced hotel close to all the action. The breakfast buffet is what we used to get before COVID and it's fully stocked! It was so nice to start the day having an amazing breakfast with great a waitress, plenty of hot fresh offerings and a smile. Hunter was very helpful in giving me some ideas on where to work with my laptop for a few day time meetings I had. Front desk staff were all amazing. Rooms are nice, clean and mine was very quiet which I appreciated.
